Fermentation Workshop - 29 November 2025
Here’s an impression of our most recent cooking workshop,
which was entirely dedicated to the power of the microbiome and the magic of fermentation.
We began with an inspiring introduction on the importance of a healthy microbiome — the invisible ecosystem in our gut that plays a major role in our digestion, immune system, and overall well-being.
After that, participants got to work themselves: making a fresh jar of kimchi with no fewer than fourteen different ingredients, all carefully selected to nourish and strengthen the microbiome.
It was an enjoyable and educational morning — a beautiful mix of science, practical application, and true empowerment in the kitchen. We ended with a tasting of fermented vegetables and a glass of homemade kombucha.
